* HOW TO BE FIT THIS FALL *


Staying in shape, eating right, and taking care of your body are an essential part of feeling great and looking fabulous.
Disiciple is the most important thing when it comes to fitness and eating the right foods. It's important to stay motivated and focused so you stay on track.
It's hard for anyone to do it on their own for a long time. It helps to go hiking or play tennis with friends--do workouts that are disguised as fun!
As far as dieting goes--eat healthful, whole foods and remember moderation is key. Try to eat natural rather than articificial.
Keep it to fruits, veggies, and lean meats and the pounds will come right off. It may sound kind of old school but it really works!
